Qualifications

• Familiarity with Purchasing Card (P-Card) or Travel Card programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly audit of the P-Card, T&E Card, and Concur expenses and present findings to stakeholders.
• Reconcile card programs and journal sources for the department.
• Analyze card and expense data to identify trends and spend opportunities.
• Communicate reconciliation deadlines to accountholders.
