THE TEAM is seeking an Associate Manager, Recruiting to join our growing NEXT GEN TEAM focused on college and youth marketing across the United States and Canada. This entry-level fixed-term role through Oct 30, 2026 involves sourcing top-tier college students for student ambassador programs, with a hybrid office policy.

You'll build campus relationships, develop sourcing strategies, and support multiple client programs while tracking activity in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of recruiting-related experience.
• Experience developing candidate sourcing strategies is preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation with interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manage large data sets.
• Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, and FormAssembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and lead campus recruiting strategies nationwide.
• Develop strong relationships with campus contacts and career centers.
• Build talent pools and secure candidates for program needs.
• Use sourcing methods including research, networking, social media, events, partnerships, referrals.
• Adapt recruiting strategies to client program needs.
• Collaborate with Client Services to support recruitment across programs.
• Track recruiting activity in Salesforce with accurate records.
• Support daily workflow of client projects for timely execution.
• Measure recruitment tactics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Research higher education institutions and campus trends.
