Job summary

Benchmark Gensuite® is seeking a Campus & Professional Recruiter for U.S. campus recruitment and support of AMG roles in a hybrid setup, with occasional days in Mason, Ohio and travel to local universities.

You will build university partnerships, run Handshake events and career fairs, screen and interview candidates, manage the ATS, and collaborate with the Global HR team to align hiring priorities, delivering strong slates and a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Experience with early talent/university recruiting.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Hybrid work arrangement with on-site days in Mason, OH.

Responsibilities

• Build university recruitment plan for Cincinnati and Midwest schools.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for early talent and AMG roles.
• Run campus recruiting activities (Handshake, career fairs, info sessions).
• Guide candidates from first contact through offer and maintain ATS accuracy.
