Qualifications

• Be punctual to the assigned work schedules including break schedules.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assists members and potential members with their inquiries received by phone, chat or e-mail.
• Answers questions regarding products and services and resolves problems.
• Identifies and presents to members suitable products to enhance the membership experience and member’s financial well‑being.
• Ensures the appropriate records are maintained in the credit union’s systems and prepare reports as needed.
• Support departments outside of the department as needed.
