Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a highly experienced Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to lead cross-disciplinary BIM efforts on transit and multimodal projects in the United States. You will coordinate models across architecture, structural, roadway and MEP disciplines, run clash checks in Navisworks, and ensure adherence to Autodesk-based standards throughout the project lifecycle.

You will mentor junior staff, develop BIM Execution Plans, and interface with clients to define model deliverables and data

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational CADD training and intelligent modeling.
• 12 years of related experience or equivalent mix of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intelligent models across architecture, structures, roadway and MEP.
• Run clash detection and resolve issues across disciplines.
• Establish and enforce BIM/CADD standards and workflows.
• Mentor production staff and provide design sketches as needed.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans and advise on LOE.
• Interface with clients and subconsultants on model deliverables
