Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support the buying team in merchandise selection, negotiation, and pricing.
• Assist in planning/coordination of product availability for advertising and promotions.
• Assist in assortment and category planning to meet customer demand.
• Prepare trend boards for strategy meetings and seasonal buys.
• Update and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Travel to market visits 1-2 days per week to visit vendors and select products.
• Participate in competitive shopping to identify opportunities, labels and trends.
• Collaborate across departments to execute assignments.
