Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Fundamental understanding of retail math.
• Data-driven problem-solver with strong vendor relationship skills.
• Ability to travel within California for vendor appointments and market visits.

Responsibilities

• Select and procure merchandise with Buyer to align product mix with profit plan.
• Provide operational support by analyzing category performance and delivering insights.
• Participate in market visits and vendor appointments to select assortments and negotiate pricing.
• Develop vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and value for customers.
• Manage emails and coordinate with Buyers for timely order updates and delivery.
