Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Anticipated graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Affinity for retail math, product/merchandising, and buying.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Data-driven problem-solver who builds partnerships and upholds core values.
• Willingness to travel within NY/NJ/PA region for vendor visits and market days.
• Able to think critically with attention to detail and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the buying team in merchandising selection, negotiation, and pricing.
• Assist in planning and coordinating product availability for advertising and promotions.
• Assist in assortment and category planning to meet customer demand.
• Prepare trend boards by researching trends for seasonal buys.
• Update and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Travel to market visits 1–2 days per week to work with vendors and select products.
