Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Affinity for retail math, product/merchandising, and buying career.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic Microsoft Office.
• Data-driven problem-solver with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the buying team in merchandise selection, negotiation, and pricing.
• Assist in planning/coordination of product availability for advertising and promotions.
• Assist in assortment and category planning to meet customer demand.
• Prepare trend boards by researching trends for seasonal buys.
• Update and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Travel to market visits 1–2 days per week to vendor visits and negotiations.
• Participate in competitive shopping to identify product opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate across departments to execute assignments.
