Burlington Stores is offering a 10-week Buying Intern program designed to mirror day-to-day work of a full-time associate. You will shadow a current Assistant Buyer, assist in product selection, and participate in market visits in Los Angeles while working in a hybrid setup (2–3 days in-office).

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Anticipated graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Affinity for retail math, product/merchandising, and buying career.

Aufgaben

• Support the buying team in merchandise selection, negotiation and pricing.
• Assist in planning/coordination of product availability for advertising and promotion.
• Assist assortment and category planning to meet customer demand.
• Prepare trend boards researching trends for seasonal buys.
• Update and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Travel to market visits 1-2 days per week to visit vendors and assist in selection.
