Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid role in Malvern, PA. The position focuses on translating business needs into requirements, analyzing SaaS platforms, and supporting backlog management, UAT, and automation initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities include framing problems with stakeholders, evaluating solutions, coordinating UAT, and maintaining automations within governance standards.

Qualifications

• , Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• IIBA certification preferred or willingness to obtain within defined period post-hire.
• - Agile/Scrum certification preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
• - Proficiency translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• - Experience with backlogs, sprint ceremonies, and UAT coordination.
• - Basic SQL/query development for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support intake framework by helping stakeholders frame problem statements and evaluate current processes against desired outcomes.
• Elicit, document, validate requirements, rules, and acceptance criteria for system enhancements and new platform capabilities.
• Translate business needs into user stories and specifications; support discovery sessions to distinguish problems from requested solutions.
• Evaluate solution options, configurations, and vendor capabilities; coordinate UAT planning and defect tracking.
• Develop, test, and maintain automations within governance standards; coordinate with Technology on enterprise solutions.
