Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a CRM Business System Analyst in Marlborough, MA to optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing and its integrations with ERP and MES. You will bridge business needs with technical teams to enhance sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes.

You will gather requirements, facilitate sessions, and translate them into specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Strong communication and agile collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of Business Analyst experience supporting CRM, Sales, Marketing, or customer-facing functions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Marketing.
• Experience supporting CPQ processes or CPQ tools.
• Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Quote, Campaign Management, and Sales Pipeline Management.
• Experience with system integrations and data flows.
• Working knowledge of ERP and MES environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Experience leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical discussions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and business process review sessions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing processes, including lead, opportunity, account, contact, and quoting functions.
• Support integrations between CRM, ERP, MES, and related business systems.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off activities.
• Support data migration, validation, deployment readiness, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and change management resources.
