Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in Chandler, AZ. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. You will drive business transformation, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives across business, technology, risk, and controls teams.

The ideal candidate blends hands-on Power Platform knowledge with strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills to deliver scalable, governance-aligned solutions that boost productivity and data accessibility.

Qualifications

• 5 years in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, or related discipline.
• 3 years developing automation, workflow, BI, or tech-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into scalable tech-enabled solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on business execution, process improvement, workflow automation, and transformation.
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, standardization, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into practical tech-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate complex challenges considering processes, policies, controls, and dependencies.
• Drive adoption of Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-enabled solutions with stakeholder engagement.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and presentations for strategic decisions.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Manage multiple priorities, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Promote best practices for workflow development and technology adoption.
• Provide mentorship and serve as SME in process optimization and emerging tech.
• Measure effectiveness and pursue continuous improvement.
