Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in business analysis, data analysis, or similar analytical environment.
• Strong SQL Server proficiency and data troubleshooting.
• Experience with Power Query, Python, Excel for data transformation and reporting.
• Authorized to work on a W2 basis; PA/NJ/DE residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve system issues.
• Develop and validate reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision making.
