Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• AS400 / IBM-i experience required.
• Knowledge of business applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements for IT teams.
• Experience generating reports and running queries to retrieve and validate data.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Tableau.
• Experience with system testing and UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs, processes, issues, and system requirements with business users.
• Serve as primary liaison between business users and IT/programming teams.
• Evaluate requests, determine system requirements, solutions, and impacts.
• Translate needs into clear requirements for programmers.
• Coordinate system enhancements, modifications, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Follow up on development to ensure addressed requirements.
• Coordinate system testing and UAT with users and programmers.
• Generate reports and run queries to analyze business data for decisions.
• Analyze sales, production, inventory, customer data for trends and improvements.
• Maintain and improve processes, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Assist with implementation of new systems and improvements.
• Provide support on system functionality and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate status to teams.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
