Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• AS400 / IBM-i experience required.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience generating reports and running queries to analyze data.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Tableau.
• Experience with system testing and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business users and IT teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Define system requirements, potential solutions, and impacts.
• Coordinate system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Lead system testing and UAT with business users.
