Job summary

Marsh Agency is seeking a Business Insurance Account Manager to join our National Small Business Client Center Team. You will market and service new and renewal business with the Sales Center, leveraging your Property & Casualty knowledge to advise clients and carriers.

Remote work may be considered for select candidates. A Property & Casualty Insurance License is required; Marsh Agency provides licensing support. Hybrid work arrangements and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Property & Casualty License.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor.
• Independent thinking with an ambitious goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong team player with willingness to help reach goals.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Market and service new and renewal business with Sales Center.
• Be knowledgeable of applicable coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting and legislative changes.
• Maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives.
