Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Account Manager in its Business Insurance team. You will manage client relationships, provide coverage analyses, and coordinate with Producers, Underwriters and Service Team members to deliver tailored commercial lines insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required or pursued.
• Experience managing accounts through the client lifecycle including renewals.
• Solid coverage, underwriting and risk management knowledge.
• Strong written and oral communication and relationship-building skills.
• High analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships within assigned book of accounts and coordinate with Producers, Underwriters and Service Team.
• Provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations.
• Prepare submissions, proposals and renewal reviews; negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers.
• Respond to billing questions and handle policy changes in a timely manner.
