Job summary

London Approach is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new client opportunities in the greater Philadelphia area. This hybrid role combines 2 days in the office with 3 days remote, offering a base salary plus bonus and a strong benefits package.

You will establish client relationships, manage a portfolio, and collaborate with recruiting to align market strategy. Excellent communication and a drive to succeed are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years’ experience in Account Executive, Business Development, or Account Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay highly organized
• Energy, hustle, and appetite for growth and responsibility
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
• A passion to succeed and strong personal drive to sell to prospective businesses
• BS or BA preferred or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients in assigned region
• Maintain and manage a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships with each client
• Build detailed client profiles with soft sells and go-to-market strategy input
• Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Identify ‘at risk’ clients and escalate to retain them
• Field all account-related direct calls from clients
• Demonstrate knowledge of the staffing industry; training provided
• Monitor competitors, including pricing and services
• Meet weekly, monthly and annual productivity and sales metrics
• Attend weekly meetings and provide updates and improvements
• Maintain daily data/activity in CRM
