Responsibilities

• Lead new business development efforts to generate sources of new revenue.
• Perform sales activities on new accounts and negotiate pricing and discounts with leadership.
• Forecast sales and pipeline information for monthly financial reporting and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering Manager and Plant Managers to provide engineered solutions.
• Support team metrics and reporting to maintain high performance and identify process improvements.
• Apply Continuous Improvement techniques to enhance process performance.
