Qualifications

• B2B business development, inside sales, or lead generation experience required.
• Experience selling industrial, technical, or engineered products into manufacturing environments required.
• Hunter mentality with proven outbound prospecting experience required.
• Experience calling on engineering, purchasing, sourcing, or manufacturing decision-makers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new manufacturing customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and account research
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing, trade shows, and website inquiries
• Re-engage inactive CRM leads and uncover new opportunities
• Build relationships with engineering, purchasing, sourcing, and supply chain professionals
• Research target accounts across North America
• Prepare qualified opportunities for handoff to the outside sales team
• Maintain CRM activity and pipeline documentation
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
• Meet or exceed lead generation and pipeline goals
