The role emphasizes collaboration across Treasury Management and Credit Card teams and requires a strong local market understanding. A hybrid schedule with in-office days is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of local market preferred.
• Ideal candidate resides in the market.
• Ability to demonstrate credit risk management principles.
• Strong collaboration across business lines.
• Track record onboarding and retaining businesses with revenues $2.5MM to $25MM.
• Proven ability to meet quantifiable and qualitative targets.

Responsibilities

• Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting.
• Be the primary advisor for our business clients.
• Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
• Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
• Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.
