Job summary

MTN is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Associate Project Manager to bridge business needs and technology solutions within our IT Organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or combined Business Analyst/PM support role.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing and optimizing enterprise platforms such as Workday, NetSuite, and HubSpot.
• Demonstrated experience working on system integration projects (e.g., iPaaS, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL workflows).
• Experience supporting enterprise system rollouts both in the United States and globally (multi-currency, tax compliance, cross-border implementations).

Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs and technology solutions through requirements gathering and analysis.
• Map as-is and to-be processes, identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
• Translate requirements into user stories, data models, and functional designs.
• Lead or support UAT planning, script development, testing coordination, and issue tracking.
• Develop training material and process documentation to support system adoption.
• Assist PM in scope, schedules, resources, and risk management updates.
• Monitor milestones, prepare status reports and executive updates.
• Facilitate stand-ups and risk workshops; capture actions and minutes.
• Support vendor management and delivery teams to align with business expectations.
