Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business admin or related field.
• 3–5+ years as BA, Systems BA, or combined BA/PM support role.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise platforms such as Workday, NetSuite, and HubSpot.
• Experience with multi-currency, tax compliance, and global system rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Map as-is and to-be processes, identify gaps, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Translate requirements into user stories, data models, and functional specs.
• Facilitate UAT planning, test scripts, and defect tracking.
• Assist in project scope, schedules, resources, and risk logs.
