Job summary

MTN is seeking a Business Analyst / Associate Project Manager in Fort Lauderdale to bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will gather requirements, map processes, and support end-to-end project execution for key enterprise systems, reporting to the IT Project Manager.

The role involves leading documentation, UAT coordination, training material development, and collaboration with global implementation teams across multi-currency and cross-border initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or combined BA/PM support role.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, NetSuite, HubSpot.
• Experience on system integration projects (iPaaS, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL).

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements across units.
• Map as-is and to-be processes, identify gaps and automation opportunities.
• Create user stories, data models, flows, and design specs.
• Lead UAT planning, test scripts, and issue tracking; support training and change management.
• Support project scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder updates; assist vendor coordination.
