Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between business and IT to deliver technical solutions.
- Own defect tickets and manage follow-up through resolution.
- Lead team POR and conduct weekly standups.
- Create customer-facing slide decks.
- Analyze partner operations to identify automation opportunities.
- Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new tech.
- Translate requirements into functional specs for IT and manage changes.
- Educate IT on business direction and priorities.
- Facilitate communication to negotiate agreements and commitments.
