The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a Business Analyst, experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies, and exposure to project management and vendor selection processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst conducting business analysis activities and documenting business requirements.
• Experience working with all levels of staff, management and vendors.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Foundational experience in Project Management
• RFP and Vendor Selection experience - preferred
• Experience creating wire frames - preferred

Responsibilities

• Connect business units, vendors and technology teams to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Define project scope, translate requirements into use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure solutions support business objectives, member needs, operational readiness and risk considerations.
• Communicate effectively and adapt to changing project needs throughout the lifecycle.
