IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union invites you to join our team as a Business Analyst. Based in Moline, IL, this hybrid role connects business units, vendors, and technology teams to translate needs into practical solutions that improve efficiency and member experience.

You will partner with stakeholders to define scope, craft requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria, and guide projects through the lifecycle with a focus on risk, operational readiness, and value delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst conducting business analysis activities and documenting business requirements.
Experience working with all levels of staff, management and vendors.
Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Foundational experience in Project Management
RFP and Vendor Selection experience - preferred
Experience creating wire frames - preferred

Responsibilities

Connect business units, vendors, and technology teams to turn business needs into practical solutions.
Partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and delivery teams to define project scope and translate requirements into clear business requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure solutions support business objectives, member needs, operational readiness, and risk considerations throughout the project lifecycle.
Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive project success.
