Job summary

Jobtailor in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/PM to support planning, coordination, and execution of building technology projects. You will assist with schedules, budgeting, and documentation, and coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams.

The role reports to the Program Manager and operates on a hybrid schedule in Albuquerque, New Mexico, offering opportunities to work closely with senior PMs on BAS, Fire Alarm, Security, and HVAC control projects.

Qualifications

2+ years of project management, project coordination, construction, or building automation experience.
Experience coordinating multiple project activities, schedules, and customer communications.
Basic understanding of project management principles, budgeting, and scheduling.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience supporting Building Automation Systems (BAS), Fire Alarm, Security, HVAC Controls, or construction projects.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with customers and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of building technology projects.
Assist with project schedules, financial tracking, resource coordination, customer communication, and project documentation.
Work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams.
Report directly to the Program Manager.
