Qualifications

• Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or MBA preferred.
• DOE site badging requirements
• PMP Certification is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager, Superintendent, and Coordinator daily.
• Prepare/submit change orders and cost proposals.
• Capture and document quantities from the field.
• Submit permits, submittals, and paperwork for work activities.
• Ensure NM811 tickets are submitted and current.
