Job summary

Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead building automation, fire alarm and security installation programs.

You will manage cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, staffing, and close-out documentation for commercial and government facilities, with a hybrid work model. Experience in large-scale programs within technology or industrial environments is preferred; strong communication, risk management and continuous improvement skills are

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven program management experience
• Knowledge of PM methodologies, tools and best practices
• Expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project or JIRA

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs aligned to goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources for milestones.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM processes and tools.
