Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Business Analyst and program delivery professional to support BSA/AML initiatives, requirements gathering, and project coordination.

You will create and maintain boards, develop reporting and dashboards, and provide visibility into project status, risks, and deliverables. The role requires experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, and managing intake/prioritization across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs and intake/prioritization.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps (ADO) and project tracking proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience in quarterly planning, roadmaps, forecasting, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an Azure DevOps board to track status, deliverables, dependencies, risks, testing, and progress.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate needs into actionable work items.
• Manage intake and prioritization with stakeholders to align with program priorities and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate multi-team activities, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, estimates, and testing.
• Lead quarterly planning sessions and roadmap reviews to forecast delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain project reporting and leadership dashboards about progress and KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and delivery effectiveness.
