Job summary

Pathward is seeking an AVP, BSA/AML Program Office to lead governance, reporting, and program coordination for the bank's BSA/AML and sanctions compliance. Reporting to the BSA/AML Officer, this leader will guide a team handling new business intake, board reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, People & Culture, Internal Audit, Technology, and business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• CAMS, CFCS, or equivalent financial crimes certification required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in BSA/AML, sanctions, or financial crimes.
• 4+ years supporting BSA/AML governance, program management, or comparable capacity.
• Experience preparing Board, Board committee, and executive management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BSA/AML committee governance and reporting.
• Develop management reporting across all BSA/AML functions.
• Prepare Board and executive reporting with metrics and trends.
• Coordinate program strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding and intake of new business and product requests.
• Manage external vendors, budgets, and financial tracking.
