Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Branch Customer Service Coordinator I to support the branch sales force by handling customer inquiries, coordinating special requests, and resolving issues to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery.

The role involves assisting with quotes, stock checks, and maintaining data accuracy in the sales system, while providing back-up switchboard coverage and supporting the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months’ experience in a customer support or similar role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure on-time delivery by coordinating special requests with Branch Coordination.
• Provide order status information to customers by phone and email using the sales database.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales Representatives and customers for smooth sales-to-shipping processes.
• Assist Sales Representatives with quotes by performing stock checks and obtaining delivery information.
• Process order confirmations, review data, and maintain accuracy to minimize errors.
• Support Sales Reps by returning calls, sending samples, and researching return authorizations and replacement orders.
