TTI, Inc. is seeking a Branch Customer Service Coordinator I in Fort Worth, TX. You will support the branch sales force by handling customer inquiries, coordinating special requests, and resolving issues to ensure smooth order processing.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to type 40 wpm. This position offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities to contribute to a growing global distributor.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months’ experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Prior electronics components industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and expedites customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Answers inquiries by phone and email using the sales database.
• Coordinates issue resolution with Sales Representatives and customers.
• Assists the Sales Representative with quotes by checking stock and delivery info.
• Processes order confirmations and maintains data accuracy.
• Supports the Sales team by returning calls, sending samples, and handling literature.
• Provides back-up coverage for Director of First Impressions on switchboard.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
