Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an Internet Customer Service Coordinator I to manage internet-based quotes and leads, coordinating timely follow-up and nurturing opportunities.

You will analyze potential sales leads, route requests to the appropriate branch, and strive to convert inquiries into new business while maintaining high service standards. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mines data daily from the TTI system reports (Excel format) by extracting, sorting, organizing and prioritizing requests.
• Analyzes the potential of the sales lead and processes accordingly or forwards to the appropriate branch or regional sales group.
• Eliminates non-buyers by retaining knowledge and focusing time on productive opportunities.
• Reviews up to 300 part number requests per day with strong product knowledge.
• Follows up on quotes promptly via email or phone, serving as the contact for future opportunities.
