Job summary

BookkeepingOps, a dedicated bookkeeping and outsourced accounting firm in Boca Raton, seeks a full-time Bookkeeping Manager to supervise a small team and manage multiple client accounts. This hands-on role blends project management, client relations, and accounting work to keep client books accurate and on schedule.

You will mentor bookkeepers, onboard new clients, design workflows, and collaborate with leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bookkeeping projects and teams.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks Online, and workflow processes.
• Hands-on accounting work with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of client accounts and ensure timely, accurate work.
