Job summary

ThreeSixty in Tonawanda, NY (Buffalo area) is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to own day-to-day bookkeeping and transactional processing. The role collaborates with the Finance team to maintain clean, reconciled books that enable quick month-end closes and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping, strong knowledge of debits/credits, and experience with A/P, A/R, and bank reconciliations. QuickBooks and Excel/Sheets skills are essential. Hybrid in Tonawanda, NY.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on, dedicated bookkeeping experience.
• Foundational bookkeeping principles: debits/credits, Chart of Accounts, cash vs accrual tracking.
• Experience managing A/P, A/R, and multi-account bank reconciliations.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks) and spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets).
• Proven ability to manage time, prioritize transactional entry, and meet month-end deadlines.
• Active bookkeeping certifications (QuickBooks ProAdvisor or NACPB/AIPB) are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Record revenue, expenses, and journal entries in a timely manner.
• Process vendor bills, prepare payments, issue invoices, and follow up on receivables.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Prepare and process payroll and commission entries as needed.
• Develop and manage internal workflows for invoicing, bills, and reconciliations.
