Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in High Point, NC is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming focused on communication, independence, and self-advocacy.

You will mentor and train staff, participate in ongoing training opportunities, and contribute to a trauma-informed, ethical service model that centers learners.

This role offers predictable schedules, collaborative co-treat sessions with SLP-BCBAs, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized ABA programs prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy.
• Oversee supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
