Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized programming, emphasizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy for learners. The role focuses on clinical quality and ethical, trauma-informed care within a collaborative team.
You will supervise RBTs, design behavior plans, and participate in family discussions, while pursuing defined pathways for clinical growth and ongoing training opportunities.
