American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) seeks a detail-oriented Billing and Data Specialist to support accurate billing, payment application, and account reconciliations across three ANA Enterprise entities. You will handle journal entries, vendor interactions, and customer inquiries with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in association accounting and/or accounts receivable highly desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; proficient with Excel.

Aufgaben

• Prepare invoice requests and apply payments across ANA Enterprise entities.
• Receive and batch payments; apply to invoices or create new invoices as needed.
• Process checks via remote deposit and monitor AR inbox daily.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries; manage escalations.
• Conduct AR aging reviews and update customer profiles with missing emails.
• Research discrepancies; complete vendor forms and portal setups.
• Support journal entries, batch entries, and cost allocations as needed.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely billing.
