Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking an Invoicing Analyst to join our finance team in Des Plaines, IL. You will drive monthly invoicing, manage accruals, and design new billing solutions while bridging financial data and client service.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/math, 3 years in invoicing or related areas, strong Excel/Word skills, and SAP experience is a plus. Hybrid work with collaboration across logistics centers and external clients is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, math, or related analytical field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting, invoicing analysis, billing or AP/AR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced desired) and Word; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data trends and manage invoicing templates for accuracy.
• Validate data with logistics personnel and inputs from clients.
• Design and maintain weekly, monthly and ad hoc invoicing solutions.
• Issue, record, and distribute invoices to clients on schedule.
• Track invoicing trends, analyze variance to budgets, and support finance decisions.
• Maintain relationships with internal staff and external customers through clear communication.
• Document invoicing processes and respond to billing inquiries.
