The role collaborates with carriers, finance, and operations to ensure accurate billing, timely posting of commissions, and reliable reporting.

You will monitor aging, resolve discrepancies, and maintain complete records in the agency management system, while upholding ethical standards and delivering

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Direct Bill, insurance accounting, or comparable accounting operations.
• Experience with carrier statements reconciliation and commission posting.
• Collaborative with offshore or cross-functional partners is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data and deliver insights for issue resolution.
• Demonstrated integrity and adherence to governance standards.

Responsabilités

• Collect carrier and vendor statements and process reconciliations on time.
• Reconcile carrier commissions to records and ensure postings to correct accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing, commission, and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Monitor Direct Bill aging and unapplied cash, coordinating with carriers to resolve items.
• Maintain carrier portal access and download statements for month-end processing.
• Produce KPI reporting and support continuous process improvements.
