Sheppard Pratt is seeking a Billing and Collections Supervisor for a hybrid role at the Towson location. The position oversees daily billing, follow-up, and collections within the Revenue Cycle, ensuring timely claim processing for behavioral health services.

Ideal candidates have associate or bachelor’s degrees in Business or Healthcare Administration, plus 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity and strong knowledge of medical billing and payer requirements.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity supervising staff.
• Working knowledge of medical billing, AR management, and third-party payer requirements.
• Familiarity with behavioral health billing preferred, including payer-specific requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily billing, follow-up, and collections for AR staff.
• Ensure timely submission of claims and follow-up on denials.
• Supervise 5–10 billing staff; provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with payers and internal departments to resolve billing issues.
• Track productivity and AR metrics; support management reporting.
