Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely entry of payments, contractual adjustments, and denials in the practice management system.
• Apply general knowledge of coordination of benefit rules to accurately generate submission of balance billing to the next appropriate payer.
• Recognizes and reports trends, irregularities and discrepancies to management to maximize financial stability.
