Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of healthcare billing, revenue cycle, or accounts receivable experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial billing.

Aufgaben

• Oversee medical billing team; manage workflow and training.
• Ensure billing complies with Federal/State laws and regulations.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance and report metrics to CFO.
• Coordinate credentialing and payer follow-up activities.
• Support general ledger close and financial reconciliation.
• Bill Medicaid for specific services and manage Medicare secondary billing.
• Improve collections and reduce aging balances.
