You will ensure accurate billing per contracts, resolve discrepancies, and partner with Sales and Customer Success on billing terms to improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in billing, collections, AR or related finance role.
• Experience with recurring revenue, contract-based billing, usage-based pricing is a plus.
• Proficiency with billing/invoicing systems and ERP/accounting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to handle sensitive discussions.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and issue customer invoices per contract terms and pricing.
• Manage AR aging, follow up on past-due invoices by phone/email.
• Resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and discrepancies with customers.
• Review contracts to apply correct billing terms and renewal dates.
• Prepare AR, cash application, and revenue schedules for month-end close.
• Monitor metrics (DSO, aging, bad debt) and suggest process improvements.
