Qualifications

• Familiarity with procurement and contractor management platforms such as TRACK, ARIBA, or GEP.
• Experience supporting industrial services, safety equipment rental, construction, or turnaround operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for project billing, labor billing, timekeeping allocations, and related operational processes.
• Review and validate data for accuracy, research discrepancies, and resolve billing or administrative errors.
• Navigate multiple client platforms and internal systems to maintain accurate records and complete daily tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support billing workflows, project requirements, and established procedures.
• Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other business support initiatives as assigned.
• Prioritize competing responsibilities independently while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and confidentiality.
