Job summary

Bally’s Intralot in the United States is seeking a Bids & Proposals Coordinator to join our hybrid team, supporting the proposal lifecycle and coordinating with Proposal Managers and the Business Development group.

You will review RFPs, track tasks, and help produce high-quality proposals for government contracts, gaining exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, integrated marketing, marketing administration, or a related field.
• Project management experience with multiple proposals and meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and external clients.
• Analytical ability to interpret complex RFPs and extract key requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and RFP tools.
• Comfort using AI tools to support research, drafting and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs to understand client needs and evaluation criteria.
• Track amendments and ensure final proposals meet requirements and page limits.
• Support busy Business Development teams in high-volume environments.
• Prepare proposal forms, representations and certifications, and related documents.
• Ensure documentation is compliant and free of errors before submission.
• Maintain standardized proposal templates and manage deadlines.
