Job summary

Ocupacao in the United States seeks an experienced Bid/Proposal Manager to transform complex requirements into compelling commercial proposals. You will lead regional RFI/RFP submissions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive excellence in proposal development and presentation.

You will manage content, case studies, and country materials to support strategic growth and client retention, working with international stakeholders and AI-enabled proposal tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• 5–7 years of experience in a commercial environment, ideally bid management, proposal management or tender coordination.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills, including basic financial understanding.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with tender platforms and an interest in AI-enabled proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end regional and multi-country RFI/RFP processes, delivering accurate, compelling proposals on time.
• Coordinate cross-functional and country-level bid teams, gathering information and ensuring alignment throughout the tender process.
• Develop visually engaging, persuasive client-facing proposals and presentations.
• Maintain and continuously improve bid content, case studies, client references and country capability materials.
• Support commercial growth and strategic account retention by improving bid quality, efficiency and consistency.
